Dragon goby bloated

I have a dragon/violet gody and after coming back from a recent camping trip i noticed a large bulge in its body and it must be filled with air because the fish is not able to fully submerge. if any one has an idea of what it may be please respond back to me asap!!!!!!

BG, we can help your better if you give more details - tank parameters, size, salinity (gobys are brackish),etc. Also a pic of the fish would help.

I don't know enough about goby to say for sure, but a bloated abdomen & inability to sink sounds like air trapped in the gut, or possibly swimbladder malfunction. But you might want to treat for simple constipation first, as that would be the easiest one to treat for. <And feeding a pea is not harmful even if it is not the right diagnosis.>
