I have a female dwarf gourami who is sick. She is bloated in the belly and on one of the sides the scales are starting to poke out. What should I do? I have also been treating ich at the same time with elevated water temperatures and water changes. Would not feeding her help?

Here is a grainy picture if the spot. It is only on one side and the scales aren't out at a 90 degree angle. The poop is normal as well

Well, it's hard to say what is causing the problem from the outside. Might be cancer, might be a reaction to a parasite. There are even viruses that can cause cyst growths. If the fish seems to suffer, I'd euthanize. But otherwise, I'd just let it be. You could consult a vet but most folks don't bother with a pet fish. If it were one of several with the same issue, then I'd worry.
