Hi, I just got back from out of town and found my fish with a swollen abdomen. I had a pet sitter so maybe she fed them too much.

It's a 20 gallon tank with 5 Danio glofish. 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 20 nitrate. pH about 6.5 kh of 30 I think. I clean it every 10 to 14 days.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't look like a porcupine from above.

If he/she is constipated you can try feeding some blanched peas and hold off on feeding for a couple days.

Could it be either internal parasites or compacted eggs?

There are ways of addressing both.

The fish does look kind of lumpy, but is swimming well. So, could I treat the fish for all these things concurrently?

What should I do if it's compacted eggs?

Should I isolate the fish? I don't have a quarantine tank set up, but I do have a 5 gallon tank, but no extra filter.
