So how's your fish looking. Is he doing better? You add the heater?

the fish is alive and kicking still, 80% just hiding or sitting along plant or rock but yes is upright position not as earlier when he would just lay on his side or upside down 20% moving around and swimming slowly but surely.

Maybe he got too big of a gulp of the dechlor. That's why I like adding dechlor by the filter output so it disperses in the tank quickly. Let's hope he makes a full recovery.

I don't think you put too much in. When you said you put it in, the fish probably saw it and thought you were putting in food, and it didn't disperse quick enough and they got a gulp of it. I don't know how much a gulp of it would affect a fish.

yes that him my first gourami should I do another 25% or 50% water change today

Go ahead and do another 50%. Then after this, I think you can go back to just 25% weekly.
