dying guppies

I really need help. My guppies keep dying I have done water changes frequently, I give them medicine every 2 weeks I have tried everything done the water test the water is fine. their finds go flat and then they die I dont know what to do anymore

What the tank parameters to include gh/kh? How long have you had them? What have you been treating them for? Calamanus and digestive issues are two known issues that are common.
