Can anyone explain this to me:

Yesterday:

Every thing is fine and dandy, no sign of any disease or strange behavior in my 60l tank (punch of Mollies, one catfish, one pleco, one clown loach). I figured out it is time to change the filter medium...I do

Today:

My alpha male sail fin Molly has a pop eye, many other fishes has white spots on their bodies and tails...out of nothing!!!

What did I do wrong And how can I treat the pop eye thing It is first time to see it and it is breaking my heart to see one of favorite fishes like that

What are the tank parameters today? How long has the tank been set up? White spots might be ich--what is the temp of the tank?

Did you match the temperature on your water change?

I can't explain the popeye, but the ich was most likely brought on by stress.

In addition did you use dechlorinator when you added the new water? Any other chemicals?
