Hi, I've had my 180l tank running for about 6 weeks all smoothly, I went away for the weekend and when I came back the puffers fin was swollen up and a week later it seems to be getting worse and sort of spreading to the body and the opposite fin is turning white, any ideas what this is? Thanks

Looks like a saprolegnia infection. Fungal treatment is needed.
Do you have him in brackish conditions? If not, add some salt at a rate lf 15g per litre. Mix it thoroughly in some tank water and trickle it in gradually.
