Is fin rot spreadable because my fish caught ich and my pleco (who started it all) his fins since yesterday have been degrading im not sure if its fin rot or hes being picked on because it is just his tail and dorsal fin but anyway, is it contagous?

From what I understand fin rot isn't contagious, however it is common for multiple fish in one tank to succumb to it because it is caused by opportunistic bacteria that prey on weak and stressed fish especially in poor quality water. Caught at the very earliest stages, fin rot can be halted by lots of pwc. If it is advanced, though, medication may be necessary and it is best to isolate the fish that needs the medication, so you don't medicate your whole tank possibly killing off your biological filter and making your problems even worse. Hope that helps.
