Fin rot! Help!

Hey everyone, i have 4 angels, 2 cory cats and 1 (well i HAD 2 ) pictus
i just added the pictus last week and found they had ich, well i saw the angels were getting it too (or so i thought) anyways i started treatment of ich yeaterday, one pictus died. i came home tonight and noticed that the angels and everything else in th tank, EXCEPt the pictus with ich, have fin rot. in one day almost all of my angels dorsal fins are gone and skeletal, and have the furry fungus. there tales are going soon too. i literaly just did a 10% water change, anything i can do right away?? PLEASE ANSWER!

That actually doesn't sound like Ich at all or at least that certainly isn't your only issue. You seem to have something a lot more serious going on in your tank, how are you treating the "Ich"? What are your parameters? What's your water change routine? If the fish are developing fuzzy white spots quickly and your tanks temperature is fairly warm you might have columnarous

Oh and btw you probably should be doing a lot more than a 10% water change
