I have had my tank set up for about 6 months now. All of a sudden my fish are dying off.
My tests are
Ph 0
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 5.0.

The fish that I had were
2 angels
1 dojo loach
10 black neon tetras
2 gold rams
4 longfin danios
1 rainbow shark
2 platys
1 bamboo shrimp
1 moonlight gourami

I have lost
1 angel
dojo loach
10 black neons
2 rams

What is going on??? Please help!

What size tank do you have and what are you using to add to your tank? Did you add anything new recently?

I have a 55 gallon, and the most recent addition was the bamboo shrimp
I have been putting stress zyme in the tank every now in then also I have been adding salt once a week.

maybe to much salt
salt dose not evaporate only add salt when water changes are done and only the amount taken out

nothing wrong with a little salt I use to use it.
works good as dease prevention

Dojos, and most loaches for that matter, are scaleless fish. That means they do not handle even low levels of salt very well. A quick google of "dojo loach salt" will give you plenty of examples.

Rams are particularly sensitive fish and do not do well with poor water quality.

What are you using to test your water?

The fish that died... did they show any signs of illness or did they just go belly up? Red gills, white spots, etc? Were they all dead at the same time or did they die over the course of a couple weeks/days/etc?
