I have a bloated male mickey mouse platy whos fins are at a 80 degree angle to his body. is he sick can fish get bloat, also what temps for betas? thnx

I found the answer to both my questions the fish has dropsy and is isolated in my hospital tank he is doomed.

Yes do a water change. In most instances dropsy is fatal but not always. If you feel there is a chance you can treat him. If not you can humanely euthanize him.
