fish poop clear/ white and more

My female guppy rests alot on the bottom with white almost clear stringy poop ??

Does its stomach look like it's sunken in?

No she looks pregnant. Im treating my tank with mellafix and primafix due to fin rot and fungus on one of my mollys. My water has been tested at pets at home and they said was perfect I didnt ask for readings. I have had a few unexpexted male guppy deaths 1 molly and 1 platy however they all seem to be thriving up until point of death
