Fish withe Internal Parasite-Help

Looks like a couple of my fish have internal parasites. One isnt eating and has white stringy poop and notice another with white stringy poop as well. I want to treat the whole tank. Water parameters are fine. ph 7.4 ammonia 0ppm nitrite 0 ppm nitrate >.50 ppm. What medications do you suggest? Does API General Cure work on internal parasite?

Tank has been established for 5 months. Fully cycled.

20 Gallon Tall Tank
Aquaclear 50 Filter

3 Guppies
1 Blue Ram
1 Dwarf Gourami
5 Ghost Shrimp
5 Neon Tetra

I always recommend Parasite Clear by Jungle available from Walmart, it works everytime and is very easy on the fish and biofilter. Then after treating you must find out why as that's just as important as the treatment.

Others have used Parasite Guard by Tetra but I have no experience with this, but it doesn't have the same active ingredients and is generally easier to find at Petsmart.
