flame tetra bloated

Hi guys, I have a flame tetra that is eat and struggling to swim, I have only had it a month, tank is 125 litre ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate .25, all other fish are fine. Any thoughts would be appreciated

a really bad case of constipation or internal parasites, id try a blanched frozen pea first with the skin removed and chopped into tiny bite size pieces, as this is natural laxative for fish and should clear him up, if that does not work then it would be internal parasites.

though we will try the first and move from their
 
Have tried the frozen pea but she won't eat, at the moment she is just laying on her side, think it may be constipation but not sure, is there anything else I can try?
