Flying fox

Does anyone know what the red stuff on this flying foxes face is

Can only just make out slight reddish on the end of the snout. Usually, this would be a bacterial infection - the nose has possibly been damaged.

I believe that is a sucking loach (chinese algae eater), not a flying fox.

Sorry he's very active and couldn't get a good shot. I wasn't sure what to call him that's what they mislabeled him in the pet store. What can I do to help him. Thank tiu

Treating the tank with a general bactericide will help. These are generally tough fish, so good maintenance should see this clear up quite quickly.
