Fungus?

Hi guys, noticed this white spot on the top of one of my female guppies today



No other fish in the tank seem to he affected? Will they? Also i dont have a qt/hospital tank setup, can i treat the whole tank?
Would it be better to take my betta/shrimp(might get eaten:/) and adf out of my 7 gal and pit them into the 49 gal (betta in a hatchery so he doesnt attack anyone!) and treat the guppy on her own in the 7gal?
Havent added any fish or plants recently so not sure why she has it

If the 49 gallon is another inhabited display tank, then I would try to avoid moving anything from this tank into it.

If I were you, I would just treat the entire 7 gallon tank. It isn't a large volume of water so you wont waste much medication.

I have moved the guppy to the small tank and started treatment. Fingers crossed!
