When i sift through the gravel in my tank, these little white worms come out and float around the tank until the water is settled
My fish are absolutely fine though, and sometime they even eat them! LOL

They're pretty small, and some of them have a little bit of red in them.

Are they bad for my tank? And it's really hard to get a picture B/C they're so tiny.

They kinda look like grindal worms

Sounds like planera to me. They are harmless and usually thrive do to over feeding. Cut back on your feeding and they will go away.

I agree. Planaria/nematodes come from overfeeding, underfiltering, and undercleaning. Vaccum your gravel more often and cut back on feedings, and they should go away.

Completely harmless too, so don't worry about them.

I don't think they're planaria.

But thanks for the input
