Fuzz on ram?

Just did a water change and saw my male ram has fuzz on his side. It's white and he's swimming fine but I'm worried it's a fungus. What to do? My params are zeroes. The scales are raised- a cut?

Scales appear to be gone
Maybe the females are being nippy?

By the gills? Bad spot.. treat immediately. I'd say api fungus cure or a salted hospital tank asap..

No, behind the black spot
The gills are reflection
