GBR has a wart?

I noticed this the other day and thought nothing of it. But decided to ask you guys anyways.
My male GBR is in a 26gal, with 5 cories and 2 ABN plecos. Do fish even get warts?
You can't really see it unless he is facing sideways, its rather small and is the same coloring as the rest of him. It is located in the chin area and he still eating and acting like he is the biggest thing in the tank.
Readings are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 10-20 nitrates(they look like the same color to me :/ ) and 7.8 for PH.
Tell me whatcha think.
