GBR with white spot on his head...

I have noticed a spot on my Male GBR recently. At first I thought he bumped his head on something and it would heal, but its been there for a few days now and hasnt gotten any better. He is eating and acting normal, I just want to make sure its nothing serious. Can anyone give me an idea as to what this could be, if anything?

it looks like he has been bitten in a brawl, but it could be an infection. i can see there is no nipping on the fins so this rules out bullying.

i dont think it is HITH but it is possible for rams.

jic, raise the temp and add some epsom salt, do lots of pwc and see what happens x

I did add 3 apistogrammas in the past month, but I got them when they were 2-3 weeks old I think. All three are still the size of a neon tetra (maybe 1-1.25"). So far they don't bother anything, and they actually swim with the neons a lot.

I guess I'll just keep a close eye on it and see what happens.
