Epsom salts are good to have on hand (any drugstore, grocery, chain store etc). You can purchase meds to have on hand but keep in mind, most will likely expire before you ever need to use them. Two good ones are kanamycin (Seachem makes Kanaplex but theres other brands) and metronidazole (Seachem also makes Metro as well as other brands such as APi General Cure).

Thanks for the info. I do have epson salt at home. I'll remember to use that the next time. Plus, I'll see if my lfs has these meds on hand. I appreciate all the input on this!
