Gill growth on Rainbow fish. HELP PLEASE

She has been in a 10 gallon sick tank for weeks now. When I first put her in, I treated with Paraguard and her condition improved but not cured. I stopped treatment at 6 days.
She is now in there with 4 oz of aquarium salt and temp is at 82.

She swims around and eats well, but I cannot get this "thing" gone. I am a at loss as to what to do now. HELP

The bubbles are because I just did a big clean and water change.

Weeks in qt would suggest lympho to me. Could that fit?

thanks guys. So it sounds like I am doing what I can here and there is nothing more do to treatment wise. I really don't like having her isolated but it sounds like this may be where she lives now. sigh

Clean water and good food is all I know of for this unfortunately
