Well, if you see them poop, make sure to take note of what it looks like! You can try feeding them a bit later to see if you can observe some pooping.
Even if you don't see the poop, skinny fish who act lethargic often have internal parasites or some sort of issue like that which is a little hard to get rid of. I wish your fish the best though!
