I don't think they do. Ask the moderator delapool for directions to find a good antibiotic.
Goldfish gulp at the surface, and then you feed them pellects that expand in their stomach and its a 1-2 combo punch to their swim bladder. Might be okay with just a salt bath but personally I don't really know a lot about that, someone else might or google it. Swim bladder/infected
 
This is a classic case of SBD (swim bladder disease) which sadly cannot be cured but it CAN be managed. This can be caused by overfeeding/gulping at the surface. It's best to let him fast for a few days, then put him on a diet of peas (minus the "shell" of the pea) to help clear his digestive track. 1-2 peas a couple times a day should be fine. When he can eat normal food again, let it soak in tank water for a few minutes to help it expand and sink to prevent future buoyancy issues.
