Goldfish with mouth open all the time help!

Please can anyone help my goldfish has been unable to close its mouth for the past week we have had it out to see if we can see any blockage , and there is none, we have tried manipulating its jaws no success still keeping its mouth open we are at a loss on what to do? Please HELP I have some pictures and a video of the Goldfish who is sick, but cannot upload to this site?

Its 11 years old and anything we could do to prolong life would be fantastic

Something stuck in his throat would be my best guess. It is possible its further back than you can see-have you removed him & actually looked down his throat with a flashlight? If he suffered an injury to his jaw, there isnt a whole lot you can do unless you have a fish vet who can try & repair it. Is he still able to eat? If he cant actually swallow food, than i am leaning towards something stuck in there.
