This is Shaun .jr
Shaun was a rescue from my work, he had no mouth, only a gaping hole.
Shaun was pretty happy over the first two weeks I had him in his own tank and fed him more often, cleaned his tank more from the stuff he couldn't get, but then his mouth healed over.

Question here being, do I put him down now, or is there a way that I can get some anaesthetic from a vet and simply routinely poke a hole where it should be?

He has learnt how to eat without lips, quite frankly I'm suprised he has stayed alive with no mouth (to breath with) for a week now

Also how would one go about getting anaesthetic and antibiotics

Talk with your local vet if you have one. This is a sad case, an unfortunate situation - as a little guy who gets healed up only to have a the healing probably end up killing him.

I hope you can find a solution.

You can buy fish antibiotics anywhere fish stores and online
You can clove oil a fish into heavy sedation but no "anastesia"
