Two things happened today firstly my silver tips spawned the morning and my brother gave my two blue spot gouramies

The problem is they stay at the bottom hiding under the wood and between plants. Everyone is telling the fish should be at the top

Is there something wrong with them

My new gouramis took a few days to settle in, they used to run when i went to the glass also, but after a couple days they were out and about as normal.

They are not going crazy it's as if the fish is trying to be a statue until something moves near it and then its like a bullet somewhere else I'm afraid they will die of not getting any oxygen its a 1.2m tank and 54cm high

Ok today there better but one keeps chasing the other one

Gourmis are naturally skittish fish they will settle. If you have 2 males the chasing will not stop and only get worse. I would recommend removing the bully. Gouramis are quite territorial and you need a large tank with lots of hiding places. Ive never had success with 2 male Gouramis.
