Growth in Parrot Fish HELP

Noticed this growth in my blood parrots nose about 3-4 days ago. Been treating with aquarium salt and melafix/pimafix... She is still eating and color seems to be good. I have her in 10 gallon quarantine.. Any idea what's going on? I can't upload pics because I've exceeded my limit.. But it basically looks like a white fungus looking thing growing out of one of her nostrils
