Guppy emergency!

My guppy has some major problems going on. Something is coming out of her and it's not poo.

Not sure. While you are waiting for a response on this forum, you cam perform a Google search on "guppy prolapse treatment" and go from there. 100% on my diagnosis, just a hunch.
