Guppy white head ! Help

Guys please help me figure out what is wrong to our guppy? It suddenly has its head all white and she doesn't look very well! How to treat it? And what are the
Causes you reckon? Many many thanks!

Hi, some questions so we can help you better:

-is the tank cycled?
-how long has it been set up?
-what other tank mates?
-what size tank?
-what are your readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate (exact numbers from a test kit would be most helpful)
-are any other fish affected?
-how often do you do water changes and when was the last one?

If you can answer those questions it'll help us to find the problem.
