Aquarium Advice FINatic
I have a 10 gallon that is temporarily housing my guppies. I estimate there may have been 30~40 of them, ranging from female adults to month-old fry (males are in my planted tank). All has been well until lastnite, the tank was extremely cloudy/hazy. Not sure why, but I did a 50% water change and it cleared up somewhat.
on my way out to work earlier today it cleared up a little more. I fed them and went to work. I just got home and every single one of them was dead. the water has a green tint to it. either they had something to drink or the cat got revenge and spiked the tank. Only other thing I noticed was there was a strange stink when i walked in the house. thought it was the litterbox but.......
any ideas?
