My new pea puffer is lying motionless on his gravel all my readings are perfect y is he sick!!!???

What are your readings and what test kit?

How long has the tank been running?

What else is in the tank?

How long have you had the puffer?

This is apparently an 8 gallon tank.

Shane, how did you acclimate this fish?

He is very skinny he doesn't eat the frozen blood worms and crushed snails I've had him for a week

My readings are 0.1 across the board I did the hour acclimation method where you allow the bag 2 get 2 the tank temp and then remove 50% and slowly over 10min increments add the tank water in

What do you mean 0.1 across the board. You should have 0, 0, <20. What test kit are you using?

Your DP has internal parasites (you probably know that).

I think this is the second DP you have in the tank (its a hunch). If I'm right, then take out the healthy DP for a few days and hopefully the sick DP will start eating again. Try feeding everything (not all at once) until he starts eating. After that point, begin medicating.

He is the only one but he doesn't even move how is he going 2 eat?

Try live uncrushed snails and/or blackworms.

I have he doesn't move ( he still breathes but no movement)

Leave the snail crawling around. Also throw in some ghost shrimp and live blackworms.

Come back in a few hours. Something is bound to die.

He has had 5 live snails I for a week and there is know where to get shrimp here
