Help ASAP this been like this 24-48 hrs

I know he's a beautiful fish he has all of this colour he still very brights and there's no legions on him or sores or anything I help him up to the top of the surface every five minutes and he will get there so I really don't know what it could've been but I will read up on what you suggested but thank you so much for taking the time I love my fish very much

QT tanks are for new arrivals and preventative treatment. HT's are for treating sick fish.

Its basically the same thing, quarantine him away from other fish to treat him on his own, Quarantine, Hospital what ever you want to call it.
