Help! Dojo loach tail discoloration

One of my dojo's is losing the color at the back end of his tail. I had 3 of these little guys this morning; one of them died and is similarly discolored. It seems like the same thing is happening to a second one. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Loaches mostly lose color due to stress (or often during fights with other loaches but this wouldn't happen with dojos), what are your water parameters and temperature? Got a picture of the sick individual?

Yeah:

This is not my tank but that dojo died so did another in the same tank. A third seems to be doing fine. There were also 2 sick dwarf gourami who did not make it in the same tank.
