help dont know whats wrong

My fish has been swimming very awkwardly for the past month. He just sits kinda staright up n downin the same spot. I finally got a quarantine tank and now that hes in there he still swims up and down and he also just lays on the bottom. I hope these pictures can help. Not sure wat to treat him for
