First you need to confirm whether it's ich or something else, ich will appear like salt has been sprinkled on the fish. Next I would use the heat/salt method and skip the medications unless absolutely required, here's a good link to describe the disease.

Okay, its in a QT, but my question now is if the infected fish is out of the tank, I don't need to treat the DT, correct? Cause I have RCS and the medicine will hurt them.
