Help ich spreading through tank!! - Page 3 - Aquarium Advice

That's good to hear - I was wondering! Keep the heat up for two weeks after the fish that is infested the most clears up. I would think that it will only be another day or two before the spots go away, and then you can start your two-week countdown. I hope the ich doesn't return either - by keeping the temps elevated during the two-week window, that really should ensure that all the parasites are killed off.

I am happy to say the ich in my tank is off all of my fish, and all seems well. I am still keeping temps up there. I am also going to buy a QT tank so that this doesn't happen again. :P But yeah all the advice you guys gave me worked wonders! Thanks so much!
