Help my eyes are bulging

My fishes eyes are bulging and after a few days they die.. 8O frequent water changes and they die anyway. What is up with this?? Its in a 10 gallon with 10 small fish.

yes, this is definitly popeye. This is something that needs to be treated. Try tetracyclin (sp), Maracyn or Maracyn-Two.

Hiya hairball1 and welcome to Aquariumadvice.

One of the causes can be poor water parameters; what are your ammonia/nitrite/nitrate levels? How often do you gravel vac? What sorta fish do you have in there and how many? And how long have they been there?

Ten fish in a ten gallon tank is quite a few, even if they're small. Especially if the tank isn't cycled yet...

You'd have to do pretty frequent water changes (more than once a week) with that much bioload. Small tanks can get polluted pretty quickly.
