HELP! My goldfish is bloating...

Will some one please help me fast? I have a red & black oranda that is bloating like a balloon! It has stoped swimming around and mostly sits in the same spot, although sometimes moving to a different part of the tank.
It is a 3 inch fish but looks like a balloon in just the past 3 days. I'm worried, what can I do? Is this constipation? Thanks for your help in advance.
