Help! Need to treat lymph

A member helped me spot lymph in a German blue ram that I have. I have a quarantine tank that I can place her in. What should I treat her with? How long will it take? I have read too much, and getting mixed information.

Sidenote, she is probably going to lay eggs in the next week give or take a couple days. And I want it to be successful this time. Last time she ate the eggs. If she lays eggs in the qt tank. Is it safe for me to put the male in there to fertilize them. Or is it not worth it?

There is no cure since its a viral infection, similarly like our common cold. With clean water, a high quality diet, and low stress the fishes immune system will fight and overcome the infection.

Is it contagious?

Yes it is. I've had one break out recently and the spots cleared up within a couple of weeks only to return after a stressful spawn. It seems once the virus is in the tank it can spread quickly to other fish.

Im going to put her in my quarantine today, just noticed it a couple days ago.
