help please

I have a rainbow fish that all of the sudden has burried him self in thr gravel, and when I got him out he was swimming upside down and all sorts of retarted. Is he just a gonner? Should I take him out of the tank so it has no effect on my oth fish?

If it was me id take it out to be safe and then test and do a water.change

I just did a water change and everything is perfect. Fish is still alive and swimming down into rocks

Probably it's swim bladder. Try feeding a pea see if it helps.
