Pop eye can be secondary to another underlying condition. See if it has other symptoms that match other diseases and address the underlying disease. Water quality is important. It would be helpful if you post your water perimeters, tank size and occupants of the tank, how long it has been cycling etc. could be something like ammonia poisoning, but the more information you post, the more others will be able to help you. Unfortunately, my expertise is limited to how to provide the information that people ask me for when I always ask for advice!

Hi their, its a 55 gallon, with 3 small oscars and a pleco. Last week the nitrite and nitrate was super high amonia near Zero i did 25% water change daily for 3 days in a row now water nitrite is 2.5, nitrate is 25 The other oscars had a kind of fungus which i treated with melifix,now they fine but the other oscar developed pop eye . Thanks!

Wish I could be of more help, but nitrite is more toxic than ammonia. Try to get nitrite to zerro.
