HELP SICK TETRA

something bit my tetras tail off! I have four ghost shrimp, 6 tetras (one large and 5 small), 4 kuli loaches and two algae eaters. I think it was the biggest tetra but i dont know, please help

What type of Algae eaters, If they are the Chinese algae eaters as they get bigger they can become very aggressive, Also what type of tetras.
I doubt it was the kooli loach as I have never seen my sons come off the substrate and he has Cardinal tetras.

Chinese algae eaters

I have also had trouble with the Chinese algae eater as far as agression is concerned.

Yes, i thought of this but they are siamese, still my get rid of them tho
I have neon tetras and this one is very small. Last nite the biggest one was being mean but he has cooled off. Sometimes i will catch one of the algae eaters chasing some of them but never catches them. Please help.
