How long after ich treatment can I reintroduce ADFs?

Hi guys, this is my first post here. My mollies have ich and I just treated the tank. I quarantined my two ADFs in a separate tank because I read that the treatment (API Super Ick Cure) may be harmful to them. I plan on following the directions on the package. How long after treatment can I reintroduce the frogs? Any tips or advice would be helpful. Thanks!

I should also note that I have not added any new fish to the tank so I'm assuming it's a water issue. I ordered the API master test kit and should have it Monday. (I'm relatively new to this.) I'll figure out a game plan once I see where I'm at as far as water chemistry.
