How to treat Popeye

I am having alot of problems, all of my fish are sick/dying. I think they have swim bladder but now one of the fishes eyes are popped out and one has blood in it. I have been treating with Mela Fix for a week now and i think one of them is getting better.
I have a 5 gallon tank with 3 mollies, 2 molly fry and a few shrimp. is there anything else i can do? temperature?? I took water in to be tested and the store said it was good.

that is a lot of fish in a small tank, kiddo.


try maracyn or maracyn 2. stronger antibiotic than melafix, which is all natural. keep the temp stable. test your parameters.

If you use maracyn 2 you may experience a death of your biofilter. Watch your ammonia and nitrite levels and be ready to do daily 50% water changes.
