Hump on severus

I’m not sure if my severus is sick or not he is eating, swimming and tearing up the tank fine but he is getting a hump on his head I didn’t notice before and I’ve had him a long time it appears fluid filled I tried taking the best pic of it I could so if anyone knows anything about what might be going on I would really appreciate the input. Is it possible that your male Severum is just developing a nuchal hump?

I’m not sure that’s why I wanted to get some input on the subject do you know if these humps look like they have fluid inside?
 
Yes. Nuchal humps are filled with the fish's body fluid. I don't think all Severum males develope humps and those that do the Nuchal humps are relatively small. My Red Texas Cichlid hybrid is starting to develope one too.
