I got home last night at about 10.00 pm and went to check on the discus (like I normally do) any way they were all hanging around the bottom of the tank and there colours had changed so I began to panic. I was testing water and checking equiptment lol. Inspecting the tank and I noticed that one of the two shrimp that was in the tank was still alive and had not been eaten by the discus, like I thought. Any way they all saw it near the rocks so they rushed over (on the floor) and the shrimp got away lol.
So my worrying was for nothing, I think the colours were like hunting colours etc .... So I am ok now lol 8)
