Hi guys, is this Ich? I think it is but no one else has it and my fire eel has gone through my overflow a couple times now.. .if so, what is the best way to treat.

I have a65g with temp at78.

looks like ich in the early stages, if i were you to be safe id get an anti-ich chemical and change the filter pads from carbon to non-carbon (so they dont absorb all the chemicals). there are more natural ways using temp and pwc, which do work, but i killed my ich issue after 4 days of medication use when i had it a couple of years back
 
I'm not sure if it's ich or not but be careful if u use chemicals to treat some of them can kill you beneficial bacteria and cause you to have to cycle your tank all over again. For this reason I suggest raise the temp to 88 degrees F and add some aquarium salt (depending on what livestock you have) this has worked for me in the past. Good luck
