Just found my male and female guppy got ich any quick treatment

what does the fish look like? does it have little salt looking spots on it? can you post a picture?

I just finished doing a week long heat treatment for ick.... turn up the heater to 86 and be patient.

It is Ich here are pics but not very good taken on ipod but you can see 2 spots
