Hello,
I have 7 African cichlids in my 30 gallon tank. Two days ago I noticed a few of them where scratching themselves on the bottom of the tank. Later I noticed that my RT Lwanda had a few white spots. I raised the water temp to 82 degrees, took out the filter and have been medicating the tank. I have sand as my substrate and read somewhere that its a good idea to clean the sand but how do I do this without a vacuum?
Iv been doing this for two days now and the lwanda no longer has white spots anymore, however 2-3 of the cichlids still scratch the bottom from time to time. What can I do?
Thanks
